1-1/4 inch Trailer Hitch Recommendation for 2015 Volvo S60 for Saris Freedom Bike Rack

Looking at the Curtis Class II Hitch. My SAris Freedom rack previously was on a UHaul Hitch custom for a 2009 BMW I135. That hitch had a pin that screwed into the holder for the bike rack with a cotter pin. Does the Curtis have a similar pin that screws in and holds the Rack?

The Curt hitch you are wanting for your 2015 Volvo S60 # C12066 has a standard hitch pin hole. The type of anti-rattle hitch pin you described is a mechanism of the bike rack though and not the hitch. This hitch would be compatible with that but your Saris Freedom part # SA4412B, which has this feature and fits 2 inch and 1-1/4 inch hitches would require you to use it's locking hitch pin.
