The closest option we have for you is the Pin and Clip For Class III, IV and V Trailer Hitch Receiver part # PC3 which has an l-shape, 5/8" diameter, and 4" usable span. We do not have an l-shaped hitch pin that is 5/8" diameter with an exact 3-3/8" usable span.
