I could not find an online owner's manual for a 1992 Buick Century but I was able to find one for a 1993 model year and on page 176 it states that the '93 CAN tow a trailer. I attached that page from the 1993 owner's manual.
Capacity is up to 1000-lbs, or up to 2000-lbs if the car has a V6 engine with a four speed automatic transaxle and is equipped with the optional heavy-duty engine cooling system. Both model years are within the same generation of the car so chances are they could share common capacities; it is best to check your printed manual to be sure.
We no longer offer any hitches for this vehicle. I checked directly with both Draw-Tite and Curt to be sure. If the car has a hitch already please let me know in case you need trailer wiring or any other parts to complete a tow setup.
