Will this fit into the bandw tow and stow to replace the 3 adjustable non locking pins that are only secured with. Spring clip?

The Bulldog Hitch Receiver Lock # BD580412 that you referenced is a little short for the adjustable part of the B&W Tow & Stow 2-Ball Mount # BWTS20037B but we do have something that will work instead.
The Blue Ox Lock # BX88212 measures long enough to fit the Tow & Stow!
