The SportRack Vista XL Cargo Box - Roof Mount - 18 cu ft - Black # SR7018 fits crossbar spreads that are 23-5/8", 25-7/8", 27-7/8", and 29-7/8" on center. The spread on your factory roof rack I believe is the same as the aftermarket options at 31.5 inches on center. If this is the case, the Vista XL will not be compatible.

For a roof box with that similar capacity and the mounting location compatibility, you may be interested in the Malone Profile18B Rooftop Cargo Box - 18 cu ft - Black # MPG911 or the SportRack Horizon Rooftop Cargo Box - 17 cu ft - Black # SR7017. Either of these economical options will be a good fit for your 2018 Honda Pilot.

Thats weird because the sr7018 shows as rear opening rather than side open?

Sorry if I misunderstood or wasn't clear. The # SR7018 is rear opening allowing loading from both sides although limited and from the rear. The issue with that particular rack is it will not work with your crossbars unless you meet the stated dimensions for spacing which I don't think the factory rails do. The # SR7017 will only allow loading from the passenger side where the Malone # MPG911 and other options will allow loading from either side. These will fit a range of crossbar spacing so they will be compatible based on the mounting design.
