utility trailer vs car hauler

Question:
I own an 18 foot utility trailer with a gvwr of 2750 and a gawr of 7000. My car tips the scales at just under 3000 pounds and it will fit on it. Can a I carry a car on a utility trailer?

Based on the numbers you listed your trailer would not have the capacity needed for your car. It's odd you have a 7,000 lb axle capacity but hardly any capacity left over for additional cargo weight.
