Replacement GCA-7 Water Heater That Uses Gas and 120V Electric for Power

Question:
We have a 2011 Starcraft 176RB that we need to replace the water heater on. Is it possible to replace the current GCA-7 gas only water heater with one that can run on 120v electric also? If so, what model would you recommend and what else would be needed to perform the install?
