Question:
didnt realize this was under mount sink until i saw mounting hardware. for top mount, is only option glue in? or is there something I am not seeing about these clips? thanks jeff

The Patrick Distribution Offset Double Bowl Stainless Steel RV Kitchen Sink # 277-000090 referenced in your question is indeed designed for an undermount application but it could technically be used as a top mount/drop-in unit since the flange has a flat edge.
As long as your existing cutout is the correct size to accommodate the sink while allowing the flange to rest on the countertop then it's just a matter of making sure you seal it correctly with some adhesive caulk to avoid any leaks and to keep it from shifting horizontally.
