Hello, could you please tell me what are the mounting hole diameters. Also do you think this would fit onto a 50mm ball.

Absolutely, the mounting holes on the Fulton Coupler with Hand Wheel Latch part # F3080217 are 5/8" diameter. I went out to our warehouse to confirm this. I also test fit a 50mm hitch ball, part # 63912 with the coupler as well. I found the fit of hitch ball inside the coupler to be very secure so I would think they can be used together just fine. However, the manufacturer states to only use this coupler with a 2" to 2-1/8" but I was able to confirm it would fit and most likely work well.
The other option we have for you is the Titan Coupler part # T2343400 which has the same multi-fit knob as the Fulton but the manufacturer does state will work with a 50mm hitch ball as well as a 1-7/8" or 2" hitch ball. It however will install on the top of the tongue rather than underneath like the Fulton coupler.
