We will be placing this bar set up on our 2015 Ford Escape with naked roof. Will this bar set up work with our Reese Carry Power Folding Rooftop Car Carrier?

Yes, the Reese Carry Power Folding Rooftop Car Carrier that you referenced does fit the Rhino Rack roof rack part numbers # RRVA137B-2, # RRRLKVA, and # DK375 that you referenced. I checked with Reese and the carrier you have fits oval shaped bars like these so this setup will work well for you. I attached an install video and an install picture for this rack on a similar 2015 Ford Escape.
