Replacement Heating Element Recommendation for CIPA Tow Mirrors for 2001 Dodge Ram 2500

Question:
The heating element on my drivers side mirror quit working there is power and ground to the heating element so I believe that the element is not working. Is this the correct part to repair it?

The # 70801 that you referenced is the correct drivers side replacement glass and heating element for the CIPA tow mirrors part # CM-73500 you have installed on your 2001 Dodge Ram 2500. The yellow/gold section is the heating element.
