Can a Weight Distribution System Be Used on a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee With Auto-Level

Ive been told by our trailer manufacturer that the E2 Fastway Integrated Sway Control and weight distribution hitch is not compatible with a vehicle with an air leveling system - which I believe my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee has. Is this accurate - and if so, is there an anti sway system that is compatible. Im pulling a 3,200 lb dry wt Escape 19foot travel trailer. I liked the fact that the E2 could be backed up without disconnecting it. Thanks.

The Fastway e2 Weight Distribution System part # FA92-00-0600 which is the system I recommend for you is absolutely compatible with your 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee even if it has the factory auto-leveling air system. However, when you use a weight distribution system on a vehicle with airbags or an auto-leveling system you will want to let the vehicle try and level the trailer to the best of its ability and then engage the spring bars. In order to use this system you will need a hitch ball, part # EQ91-00-6080 for 2" or part # EQ91-00-6100 for 2-5/16".
In regards to reversing with the spring bars still engaged, this is possible yes but you will need to reverse in a straight line because if you were to reverse at an angle with the spring bars still engaged you run the risk of damage which can be said for most weight distribution systems.
