For your 2019 Hyundai Kona, I recommend using the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C11529. The reason I recommend using this trailer hitch is because it will come with a set of step by step instructions with photos that will break down every part of the process to install the hitch on your Kona. I have attached these instructions for you as well so you can get an idea of what all is involved but we do not have a video as of February 2019. The process is rated at "easy" on the difficulty scale taking only 60 minutes on average for novices. You will need a 10mm socket, 11/16" socket, a 6" extension, a ratchet, and a torque wrench. The majority of these tools are fairly common but if you do not have a torque wrench you can rent one for free from most local auto parts stores.
If you do not feel comfortable with the above process then you can always take the trailer hitch into a shop to have it installed. The pro install time is around 30 minutes so you can expect to pay around half of the shop's hourly labor rate. However, I really suggest you give the install a try yourself as there is only four bolts after all.
