I reached out to my contact at Quest Audio Video and he said that to reset the language on the 7" Monitor for RVs # 292-101740 back to English the easiest way to do this is to follow these 3 steps:

1 - Power the monitor
2 - Press the menu button 2 times locate on the bottom left
3 - Press the channel 2 forward button until English appears.
