Since your Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller # 90195 is blowing the 10 amp fuse on your 2003 Silverado, it sounds like the instructions either were incomplete or have not been completely followed. I've attached an article to assist that shows the fuse needed to power the brake controller in your 2003 model is a green 30 amp fuse. The 10 amp fuse may simply be blowing because it is the incorrect amperage.
