i need a kit for my 2009 chevy xtra cab it has a six and half bed half ton do u have one that will fit

Yes, we have fifth-wheel installation kits for your 2009 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Xtra Cab. There are several different kits to choose from, and I will list each one for you.

In the custom install category we have the Reese Quick-Install Custom Base Rails and Installation Kit, # RP50064-58, the CURT Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit, # C16400-204. These kits are custom install kits that require less drilling into the truck frame, and therefore less installation time, than the universal install kits and I would recommend going with this style. We have a video showing installation of the Reese kit on a 2004 Silverado that should be very helpful, see link.

Once you have selected an install kit, you will need to select a fifth-wheel hitch. I have added a link to all of the fifth-wheel hitches we carry for you to select from. You should select a hitch that is compatible with the weight capacities of your truck and trailer and it would be a good idea to select a hitch from the same manufacturer as the install kit that you will be using.
