Question:
Can you please tell me the total weight of this complete rack system including the mounting tracks? Also, what would the weight be if I replaced the 60inch core bars with 80inch core bars? Thanks!

The total weight of the Yakima HardTop SL Roof Rack # Y01618 that you referenced weighs 28 lbs. For an 80 inch bar that you could replace the included bars with you'd want the part # Y00424 which would add a total of 4 lbs to the setup which would bring the total to 32 lbs.
