I reached out to a representative of Yakima who told me the Custom Fit Kit for Whispbar will not fit a 2010 Toyota Tundra; it is designed for Chevy and GMC trucks.

If you are looking for a roof rack for your Tundra and have either a Double Cab or CrewMax Cab I recommend a Rhino Rack roof rack, which consists of:

This roof rack uses aerodynamic bars that have rubber vortex strips in their top channels which greatly minimize the amount of wind noise you might encounter. The design of the bars, as well as their low profile, are what gives the rack its powerful look atop your Tundra.
