For your 2018 GMC Sierra 1500, the Tekonsha Primus IQ # TK90160 you asked from will connect to your truck using harness # 3016. This wiring harness will plug into the upper left hand side of the enclosed black box to the left of your brake pedal. I've attached a video of the installation on a 2017 Silverado 1500 to assist. I've also attached a photo to help.
