If you want a fully functioning 7-way on your 2019 Toyota Tacoma you can use part # 22117. This includes everything you need including the wiring to install a brake controller which you don't need since your trailer doesn't have brakes.

If you would prefer to just have a 7-way that powers the trailer's lights and nothing more then instead I recommend installing a 4-way connector, part # HM43354, and then converting it to a 7-way using an adapter, part # 37185. The adapter has the additional wires for the 7-way but you can leave them capped off and just not use those functions on the trailer. But this way they'll be there in case you ever want to finish the connections should you get a new trailer and need them.

If you go with the second option then you could technically still add the wiring for the additional functions using part # 5506 later on.
