The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75054 will not fit a 2002 Dodge Durango. It is only a fit for 1984-2001 Jeep Cherokee and 1984-1990 Jeep Wagoneer models.
For your 2002 Dodge Durango, you will instead want the Draw-Tite # 75081 or Curt # C13097. Both options are a confirmed fit for your Durango.
