Is there any way to run the pro strobe lights without the remote ?

You could run the Prostrobe Spotstrobz # PRS70780 without using the remote if you really wanted to. It would just require your to wire a toggle switch like the Pollak # PK34513 in line on the power input wire, but using the remote is pretty easy and only requires you to plug it into a 12V outlet.
