What Size Rhino-Rack Fairing is Recommended for 2018 Ford Focus with Rhino Rack Roof Rack

Question:
I purchased the Rhino 2500 Areo for a 2018 Ford Focus, and the fit is great. In reading the 6 QandA with the item description, the last question was about fairing choice. The expert advice recommended the 38 long RRRF2 fairing. However, when I installed this fairing, I ended up with what I think is a gap on both ends. I dont believe this is the correct recommendation for a Ford Focus. I think the RRRF3 44 inch fairing is the better choice. Judge by the attached images and let me know what you think. I purchased both items together based on the recommendation from the response to the Q and A. Otherwise, I would have followed the recommendation of measuring once the rack was installed. Can the one I purchased be returned, and substituted for the correct size?

Helpful Expert Reply:
The best length fairing will be the one that fits between the feet of the roof rack without going over. While your # RRRF2 may look too short at first glance with your Rhino Rack roof rack part # RR78MR it should still work really well. The next size up would most likely overhang past the feet and it's better to be a little short than too long.
