Will this cover fit a 18 Tacoma 5 ft without removing the deck rail system? I would like to maintain the deck rail system while the cover is installed. Thanks!

For your 2018 Toyota Tacoma 5 foot bed with the deck rail system the Pace Edwards JackRabbit Tonneau # 311-JRTA10A38 that you referenced is a confirmed fit. Pace Edwards states that the cover "may disable or limit use of the deck rail system. Basically you'll be able to leave the deck rail in place but won't be able to use it with the cover installed.
The similar RetraxPRO XR Hard Tonneau Cover # RTT-80851 actually uses the rail to install the cover so it would prevent access as well.
