What changes are required to factory skid plate with different mounts? Thanks.

There is a 4 inch diameter hole that needs to be cut in the skid shield of your 2016 Toyota Tundra to be able to install the Draw Tite front hitch part # 65080 that you referenced. I attached a diagram that shows where it will be.
