Question:
I’ve seen a lot of comments but was wondering will a nameless exhaust muffler fit around my draw Tite class III trailer hitch on my 2018 Subaru crosstrek?

The Draw Tite hitch part # 76209 that you have installed on your 2018 Subaru Crosstrek was only tested with the factory exhaust of your vehicle. I attached a picture of what this hitch looks like installed relative to the factory exhaust. It would appear that as long as the muffler at the rear of the vehicle is the same size or smaller it would fit without major modification. The exhaust tip location of the new exhaust could be an issue but that would be easier to modify than the location of the muffler canister.
