As long as your enclosed car trailer has trailer hubs with a 6 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern then yes, the Aluminum Hi-Spec Series LW Trailer Wheel part # AM20516 will work well for you. The pilot diameter is 4.25 which should be sufficient for most lug centric trailer hubs and it has a 2,830 lb weight capacity per wheel.
