Jon. One more question before I order. How can I install RCH legs on my car. Fixed mounting points on my car has two sets screws. Do I need to remove that screw first? If so, RCH legs looks like having one one hole at the center. Please see my attachment first.

Thank you for the photos! It looks like your 2018 Lexus GX 460 has the flush mounted rails. We have some roof rack options that fit your vehicle and have parts that could potentially fit other SUVs but I would need to know what they are to confirm fits. Typically the crossbars and sometimes the legs can be reused but that would just depend on what you end up leasing in the future.
For more of a universal system I recommend the Rhino-Rack roof rack which uses 3 of their 49" Vortex Aero Bars part # RRVA126B-3, the RCH Legs # RRRCH6, and the RCP Fit Kit # RRRCP23-BK.
This has a weight rating of 220 lbs but you need to make sure that you don't exceed the roof weight rating of your GX 460 when adding accessories.
