I spoke to my contact at Extang and they said that there are three tonneau covers for a 2004 Ford F-150 with the 5-1/2' bed that use the j-strip, the Extang Tuff Tonno, the Extang FullTilt, and the Extang Saber. The FullTilt is pretty easy to rule out as the cover would lift up with gas shocks if that is what you have. In regards to the Tuff Tonno and Saber you would need to look at the corners and make note of their color. If they are grey you have the Saber but if they are black you have the Tuff Tonno.

If you have the FullTilt then you can use the Replacement Cover for Extang FullTilt part # EX37780. We don't currently have the replacement tarp for the Saber or Tuff Tonno but I can add it if needed.

The correct replacement tarp for the Extang Tuff Tonno Soft Tonneau Cover on a 2004 Ford F-150 with the 6-1/2' bed (excluding stepside) is the Replacement Cover for Extang Tuff Tonno part # EX13790.
