I have a floating boat dock and one of the hand winches broke. Its a 1200 lbs manual brake winch and the rope cable is 3/8inch . Can you tell me a recommended replacement? Thanks,

The Fulton brake winch part # F143100 would be what I would recommend. It's a similar 1,500 lb winch that has an automatic brake built into it and was designed for boat lift applications like yours. For a cable you'd then want the Dutton Lainson cable part # DL24100.
