How does the item attach without using tape? Are the parts included?

The WeatherTech Easy-On Stone and Bug Shield Deflector # WT50238 mounts using both 3M tape and under-the-hood fasteners, both of which are included with the product.

When installing the unit you will first locate 4 holes that are on the underside of your RAV4's hood. Then after removing the tape liner from the flanges on the Bug Shield Deflector you will line it up with the holes you found on the vehicle hood. Using a phillips screwdriver you will just install the fasteners and then apply pressure to adhere the tape to the hood surface.
