Question:

I have the Swagman S63360 purchased in about 2015. The pin that stabilizes the rack at the lower pivot point became disconnected and has been lost. Are there replacements available? Also several buttons the anti- sway cradle that are used to secure the bikes have broken off. Are there replacement cradles available for this rack?

For your Swagman Trailhead # S63360 we have the replacement snapper pin part # P322 which is the pin that holds the upright mast vertical. For replacement frame cradles you'd then want the part # SP499 which comes with all new cradles and straps.
