My 2019 Subaru Outback Wagon has factory crossbars and I want to be able to use the Thule Hullavator kayak carrier that helps lift the kayak, what do I need to be able to use this carrier?

We have everything you'll need to install the Thule Hullavator Assisted Kayak part # TH898 on your 2019 Subaru Outback wagon. Since Thule requires you to have a set of after crossbars that hang past the feet of the rack you'll need their Aeroblade roof rack that is comprised of fit kit # THKIT4063, crossbars # TH711200, and feet part # TH460R.
With those three components you'll be able to use the Hullavator # TH898. The picture I attached shows the rack used on a similar Subaru as yours too.
