The CXS has dual exhausts. Will the standard Drawtite hitch fit?

The Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 36374 that you referenced is listed to fit all models of the 2006 Buick LaCrosse. We haven't had a chance to test fit this on a LaCrosse with dual exhaust but since the trailer hitch is symmetrical, if the exhaust looks the same on both sides then it will fit no problem!
