The VIN on your older Rockwood camper would typically be found towards the front of the camper around the coupler/tongue. It might be listed on a main information tag or plate. If you can't find anything there then your best bet is to simply inspect the frame along the trailer for any numbers. If you can't find a VIN anywhere then your only option will be to contact your local DMV and they can walk you through how to get the camper inspected so that a new VIN can be assigned.
