I recommend going with the Edge Gas Evolution CTS2 Performance Tuner # EP85450. This can give your 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 5.3L up to 18 HP and 27 Torque and includes a monitor with a mount so that you can actually see your vehicle performance.
This tuner features 4 preset programs; economy, towing, performance, and extreme so that you can choose the best tune for your application. The Mileage Coach also helps to monitor your MPGs and let you know how to adjust your driving accordingly. This is also compatible with the Backup Camera # EP98201.
