Will this ladder rack work with a Tonneau cover in place as well? I have a 2015 Tundra SR5. Thanks.

The Thule Xsporter Pro Adjustable Height Truck Bed Ladder Rack - Aluminum - 450 lbs - Silver # TH500XT is not compatible with a tonneau cover because it attaches on the inside of the bed rails. Tonneau covers use that same space so the two are not compatible.
If you have a tonneau that fits inside the bed rails of your Tundra, then you can use the Thule TracRac Sliding Rack # TH43002XT-610 for 6.5 foot bed or # TH43002XT-011 for 8 foot.
The Adarac Pro Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack - Aluminum - 500 lbs # A4001671 for 6.5 foot bed, # A4001666 for 5.5 foot bed, and # A4001676 for 8 foot bed are also compatible with the tonneau covers that utilize rails on the inside of the side rails on your bed.
