Recommended Trailer Hitch for a 2018 Hyundai Kona

Question:

Hello, I would like to get a trailer hitch to attach to my new Hyundai Kona EV not the petrol version, so that I can use a bike rack. I am aware that the Kona EV is not rated for towing a trailer and I will not be using it for this purpose. Can you confirm if any of your trailer hitches work with the Kona EV? Thanks

I spoke to my contact at Draw-Tite and they informed me that the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - 2" # DT52GR will fit your 2018 Hyundai Kona. This hitch is a custom fit that installs using pre-drilled holes in the frame. Once you have the trailer hitch installed you will then measure from the center of the hitch pin hole to the outer edge of the bumper. This measurement will be needed to help select the best bike rack for you.
