Roof cargo boxes like the Thule Force XT # TH6359B that you referenced are not vehicle specific and are designed to mount to just about any crossbar shape. As long as you have a roof rack installed with crossbars that run side to side the Thule Force XT cargo box will physically fit, as will any other Thule box.
The only thing you will want to check is the available clearance to fully open the rear hatch with the cargo box mounted. The Thule Force XT features a length of 90-1/2 inches so there is a chance that it would prevent the hatch from opening without interference on your Impreza Wagon. To be sure of this you can take a measurement from the center of the front crossbar on the vehicle to the line where the roof and hatch meet. This measurement needs to be at least 54-3/4 inches for the hatch to open fully.
For a smaller unit I recommend the Thule Pulse Medium Rooftop Cargo Box # TH614. This box measures 67 inches long and provides 14 cubic feet of storage space. As long as your crossbar to rear hatch line measurement is at least 42-5/8 inches you won't have any issues opening the hatch with the box mounted.
