What are my options for a trailer wiring harness ?

For your 2018 Chevy Equinox Premier there are a few options for a trailer wiring harness. If you don't have the factory tow package then you can use the Tekonsaha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118759. This harness will install to the factory harness located behind each tail light and will draw power directly from your vehicle battery. This will protect your factory wiring and electronics from overload by drawing the needed power for the modulite converter directly from the vehicle battery. This is a custom fit for your Premier model. I've attached a video as well as an article to help with routing that power wire.

If you have the factory tow package, you can use the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C94FR or the Curt # C56375. They install to your factory harness near your bumper and will include the necessary relays.
