Do you sell an eye bolt that mounts into the yakima tracks the ones for truck caps?

Yakima does not offer a track-mount eye bolt. I confirmed this with my Yakima contact.
But we do offer the Rhino-Rack Eyebolt for Aero/Sportz Crossbars # S604 that you referenced. This fits a square channel that measures 13/16" by 13/16" so if your tracks have the same width it will work for you.
