17 ram 2500 I have the factory prep on my truck, no holes or anything in the bed, just welded steel ready. Will this product work with my truck?

All of the 2017 Ram 2500 models have the structure built already under the bed to add a gooseneck hitch. Models with the factory prep package would actually have the hitch and the four 5th wheel hitch holes in the bed.
If it were me I would go with the B&W option, # BWGNRK1384, since they are so well made and made right here in the USA. Because Ram had that structure as a part of the vehicle build it makes it a lot easier to add a gooseneck hitch. You can use # 9467 from Draw-Tite, # C60614 from Curt, or # BWGNRK1384 from B&W.
The B&W and Curt hitches are rated for 30,000 pounds gross trailer weight and 7,500 pounds hitch weight. The Draw-Tite is rated for 20,000/5,000 pounds. I have linked install videos on all 3 hitches for you.
