Does Greystone Electric RV Fireplace Have a Fan

Question:
Does this unit have a blower fan? Seems like heater element comes on for 1 minute, then off. No fan?

The Greystone fireplace, part # 324-000076, does have a fan but there aren't any controls for it. It has a thermostat for the heating element and the flame adjustment for presentation.
The heating element can be set on a timer or programmed with a thermostat to turn on and off at specific temperatures.
