Hi, I see the draw-tite hitch fits the 2018 acura- does it also for the 2019?

Yes, the Draw-Tite # 24942 is a confirmed fit for your 2019 Acura TLX. This is a Class I trailer hitch with a 1-1/4" receiver. It has a max tongue rating of 200 lbs and a max gross trailer weight rating of 2,000 lbs but you will want to verify any weight ratings in your owner's manual.
