The Bulldog Powered Drive Trailer Jack # BD500199 will be impacted by extreme cold. The mechanical parts will all work but you have to account for the grease freezing temperature which is normally somewhere in the negative degrees Fahrenheit and the impact the cold will have on the battery used to power the jack. The jack itself will function past the conditions of the grease used to maintain it and the battery used to power it.
The grease will have a temperature range on it to give you a more precise answer for your specific grease used and the battery can be maintained using a battery heater like # KH22200. I've linked the page to all the heater options.
