Compatibility of Base Plate of Phoneix Faucets # PF231421 with Standard 8 Inch Faucet Counter Holes

Question:
How long is the base on this faucet? The one I am replacing has holes that are 8 inches apart at center. Would this plate cover that area?

The Phoenix Faucets 8" Single Handle RV Kitchen Faucet - Brushed Nickel Finish # PF231421 has a base that is 10-3/8 inches long x 2-3/4 inches wide, so it will cover the standard holes 8 inches on center. I've attached a photo to assist.
