We do have 2 different front mount hitch styles for you to choose from that fit your 2018 Ram 3500.
The Draw-Tite # 65063 will sit right above your license plate and requires the factory tow hooks for installation while the Curt # C31067 has the traditional mount that sits under your license plate. They both have the same weight ratings so it is simply a matter of preference.
