We do have the Reese Low-Profile 5th Wheel Trailer HItch # RP30054 available that is specifically designed for cab-and-chassis/flatbed trucks like what you have. Installing the hitch will require that a qualified professional welder install a 1/2 inch thick steel plate under the bed. The plate will need to be welded and bolted on to the frame (not the bed). I have attached the complete installation instructions that you can take a look at as well.
This hitch features a 30,000 pound towing capacity. You will just want to make sure that your truck is also able to handle the weight of the trailer you plan on towing. Since flatbeds tend to be a bit wider you will also want to make sure you have the clearance necessary to make sharp turns with the trailer.
