have a venture short style pin box on my 1991 carriage 5th wheel. looking to replace it with a extended type box, does not need to necessarily be a air ride model. what would you suggest on a non air ride and a air ride type box?

If you have a Venture pin box model number CJ13515, CJ13517 or CJ20517 you could use a Sidewinder pin box replacement # RP61450 to give you additional turning clearance as it sounds like that is what you are after. However, if you have a Venture Short (which is very similar) we have the Trailair Air Ride 5th Wheel King Pin # UF35-946219 which is a confirmed fit that is more like an extended style of pin box.
