The Draw Tite hitch part # 75902 that you referenced would be the best option for your 2018 Nissan Rogue for carrying a bike rack. This is a 2 inch hitch that has a concealed crosstube which means you'll have a hitch with plenty of capacity that will be out of plain sight for the most part.
